To be fair I’d rate more stars if possible because this was by far one of the best and quickest services I've ever had done on my vehicle. I drive a 2018 Cr-V and prefer to take my car for it’s oil changes at the dealer. But when I do, I always run into an issue with it taking longer than expected. But this was different. I was in and out in under 40 minutes. Tom, who was the service advisor was very professional, polite and service honestly better than most of other dealerships I was used to going to before moving to the area combined. I highly recommend this dealership and commend their staff for their excellence and service. I will surely be returning for any work myself or my spouse will need for sure.

I needed to have the A/C software updated and a new condenser put in my 2016 Civic. I called Honda of Toms River and set up an appointment for the service. I spoke to Lisa who was very courteous and knowledgeable. When I arrived for the appointment I spoke to Rob. He was also very courteous and knowledgeable. He did explain that the work was pretty extensive and that they would do their best to complete the job that day. I got a call a few hours later, earlier than expected, that the car was all done and ready to be picked up. I appreciate that they explained what needed to be done and completed the work in a timely manner. Thanks again guys!
