Not sure how my electric bill randomly became 3x -4x higher than my past bills during the month of September. Then to make a large payment and then receive a shut off notice less than a month after the payment is crazy. I could see if I just didn’t pay anything. Smh I’ll be switching companies soon enough

Opposite many other reviews I had a very good experience during the time of power outage. Both representatives I spoke with over the phone were very helpful and polite. Power was also restored before the estimated time. No complaints with my service.
Absolute horrible display of customer service. From initial contact the customer service staff was incompetent and directly lied on numerous occasions regarding sending workmen out to our area to restore electrical Service. At one point they literally said that the service was restored even though I told them I was standing on the block and it was blatantly obvious there was no electrical service. I found out later that the workmen were in the area and just decided to check us off the list as if service has been restored.
They shouldn't report false info regarding their progress during repairs to make themselves look better!
Good service but it takes a little while for the light to go back on but I don’t complain
