Mark, the owner of Newtec is great. For the second time in a year, I've called Mark in the morning and had my CPAP machine that very afternoon (my 2nd machine is a travel machine). Forget buying a CPAP machine online... when Mark delivers the machine to you, he takes the time to explain EVERYTHING and makes small adjustments to the features that ensure you'll have the best overall experience with your day to day usage (you'll NEVER get this attention from an Internet site order). He's also very good about including little extras that you'll definitely need at no charge (I got a small travel case and some extra filters). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
