Work with this company the owner is James Jim Toto he was my GC on a investment property . I got a stop work order because of his team , he didn’t want to help me with lawyer fees to get project back going due to his teams fault , I was upset and wanted to have a conversation with him . He blocked all my phone calls and went mia. After getting a lawyer involved we was able to get back on same page, and project back going he did a great job of getting house up . Once we got to the final stages he went mia AGAIN , and has not finished my job and he been paid for most the work . Very unprofessional at times promised me it will be done April then may then June then July and has not come to finish the home . I wound not recommend this company , he has lost me thousands of dollars and lowered my return on investment ! But I learned a lot from him and his unprofessionalism he also operates unders Toto Home Builders LLC.
