I went to Regency in December to re-set my Grandma’s ring for a proposal. Eddie worked around my schedule, spent the time to explain everything to me, and helped me out. One of the best decisions we made throughout our whole wedding planning process was choosing Regency Jewelers for our rings!! Eddie worked with my fiancé over phone and email to custom make my perfect engagement ring based only on a few photos. The ring was so amazing that when it was time to choose our wedding bands, we knew there was only one jeweler we trusted. We drove from DC to Toms Creek for our consultation and spent hours with Eddie customizing our perfect bands without ever feeling rushed. What an amazing experience. Started ring shopping and talking to eddie about an engagement ring just before the shut down due to covid. As soon as he was allowed and felt safe having me in I came in for an appointment to finalize details on my engagement ring. I had an idea in mind of what I wanted but there was the perfect ring there in the store. One of a kind and he was able to get the diamond I wanted for a very reasonable price. My now fiancé absolutely loves the ring and it’s uniqueness. I couldn’t get back to the regency before moving to Arizona so he overnighted it, fully insured to Arizona. Eddie is such a nice guy willing to work with your budget and the office staff is super friendly. I’m hoping I send some referrals his way soon and we will certainly be back for our jewelry needs

If I was able to rate my experience with Regency higher, I would. Excellent service was provided same day. Extremely affordable pricing for the resizing. Staff were friendly, and well versed in customer needs. 10/10 would recommend. This is my place for jeweler needs from now on.
