Update, all snags where resolved after posting this again than to Sian! She really is a star! Lovely flat, but as soon as they took the money and fixed the easiest snags they were no longer interested. We’ve been asking them to fix a snag with a kitchen cupboard for 3 and a half months with no success. When we moved in we had no way to receive post as the doors have no letter box, an outdoor post box was then put up after two weeks of complaining, it’s so flimsy all out post gets soaked and because of the weather and how flimsy it is all our post is now soaked. If we complain they say someone will be in touch and then no one contacts us! Oh and they told us we’d get a smart meter that’s never appeared and haven’t given us the key back to our flat. Really disappointed with the overall service from Charles church however Sian in the sales office is lovely.

House build and service is very good however as the previous reviewer stated this is still a live construction site with vehicles including lorrys/diggers etc travelling up and down Monday to Saturday 7am to 6pm Parking outside and around properties, speeding up and down, bumping up and down on pavements to the point the pavements have cracked. I have had my car hit while living there and also my railings outside my house, there are no banksman guiding vehicles around and was told by the site manager that they would be putting speed restriction signs up but have not and have also recorded construction vehicles racing each other and going up the pavements to overtake. The road surface is not complete and the drains are blocked leading to no drainage and slippery roads. The street lights do not work so is dark and dangerous (even though they charge you an estate fee even though its a construction site) All in all the houses are lovely but the site is not ready for occupation and nor should you be charges an estate fee to live on an incomplete estate with no roads, lighting, drainage and with construction traffic racing up and down. My advice would be to wait another 6 months at least until it is complete they will also lie to say the works will be finished sooner only to be delayed until the new year.

It is a chaotic building site. I visited a client and was most concerned for my car. JCB 's and dump trucks passing regularly.
