Professional agency with high standards. I am an experienced Live-in Carer and moved to this agency 6 months ago. The interview process was thorough and informative and I really felt like they were listening to my needs. Training was excellent and started work almost straight after. My Care Consultant always keeps in touch with me and I like the fact they can book me well in advance around my schedule. Pay rates are good and I have some really lovely regular clients. I am self employed carer with consultuscare. I have been with them since July 2020. What I like about being registered with consultants they are very professional and sort things. I sent CV, I had a phone call from the lovely stephanie with in 24 hours, face time in the next 24 hours. I sent certificates ID, they organized training online. I did the online training and offered work within 2 weeks. The clients book you and pay the daily rate and any problems, I phoned the office, I mentioned time I need off and they have work my booking round this. I have met several carers and some have been consultuscare for over 7 years. The only reason I havent given a 5 stars as it's only been 6 months
