Fantastic place to get immediately into the nature. Large (pay) car park. Accesses the main lake at the far end of the Park Run route. In other direction is the river and its long riverside path and various other habits including wood and marshes. Suitable for short trips with kids or as a starting point for great longer walks. I don’t recall if there was a shop or not.

Such a lovely place for a good walk. It's got a nice cafe/coffee shop on site and lots of parking (1.20 for 4 hours). We did come here with our dog and was a little disappointed that she couldn't swim in the water as she loves swimming but none the less she loved it.

Good car park. Lakes and riverside walks in both directions. Tonbridge a few miles along the river path to the east. Cycling good too. Paths are mostly not too muddy in wet weather. Decent open air cafe at east end of car park and adjacent loo.

We stopped here while looking for somewhere to eat our \meal deal\ lunch after a very stressful journey to Tonbridge for a medical appointment. It was a welcome relief to picnic in the car park, then go for a leisurely walk to stretch our legs before embarking on the journey home.
