Great friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Very conscious of the current covid situation and doing their best to help assist customers and make sure they can get everything they need safely.
I love shopping here it is my favourite place. The first thing that makes me smile is the clean and tidy trolley bay, this was before lock down. All the shelves are well stocked, the staff are happy and smiling at you, and are very helpful too. I dread the manager leaving as he has a very high standard, but as he is so good I know he will be moved on! I use the cafe too. It is Tonbridges best place to shop. No parking fees, no stress a happy place to be. Thank you

Good social distancing, trolley cleaned before given to you. Store well stocked no queue at till. Cashier polite and cheerful.
