I originally went to Claire for Osteopathic treatment for issues with my back that had been causing me problems for years. Working as a self employed gardener, I need to be fit and well and the back issues were preventing me from carrying out my work. Claire chatted to me about the problems I had and asked lots of questions to get to the root of the problem and also did a thorough examination prior to starting any treatment (which is standard on all follow up appointments too). Many years on, I still visit Claire for massage treatments to keep my muscles working properly but rarely do I suffer with anything needing osteopathic treatment now as Claire has me running in tip top condition. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I had a pain in my right arm and decided to visit Claire because I didn’t want just painkillers that I knew a GP would give me. The pain was stopping me doing weights at the gym so I wanted it looked at. Claire gave me a thorough examination and it turned out the problem was with my rotator in my shoulder/back. After approx 4 visits I’m back in full training with no pain at all. Looking forward to seeing Claire in the new year for a massage. Thank you Claire for sorting out my shoulder.
