We hired a tonibell ice cream van for our joint 18/21/50 birthday party on 29th June 2019 , Gary arrived on time and was very patient and extremely helpful , we can’t speak highly enough of the service and value and we definitely would recommend them for any event
like
Thank you so much for everything you did for our wedding. On top of making the perfect wedding surprise that our guests did not know for us (everyone is still talking about the Popeye’s) you somehow made the whole experience go perfectly without us even knowing you were doing it! From our initial enquiry and wedding ice cream van we chose, the help and your vehicle was fantastic with so much choice and we both were so glad we chose tonibell for our wedding dessert, can only recommend and say thank you for a great experience and your staff were all lovely too who could not do more for us and our pictures just made it.
Do not buy from this van! My partner and I were at a make-up show in London and the driver of this ice cream van started beckoning my partner over in a threatening manner and immediately started taking photos of her without asking, very creepy. When I confronted him about this he became very aggressive and insulting to me and my partner, saying that we were out in public and he could do what he wanted. He then began to say that there was something wrong with us and that we were weirdos. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
Thank you for turning up at our summer fayre at Elvaston lodge in Alvaston , Derby. However leaving without saying or leaving a donation as the young lady promised me was very unkind of her and she had a few customers as well .Very disappointed in them
Thank you for providing an ice cream van at our work place. The service and vehicle was just great, the staff enjoyed it so much on such a hot day, absolutely brilliant and a great choice made. Our CEO remembered tonibell from his youth and seeing the ice cream van parked ready in the main car park just made it. Best Regards Chris Harnwell
