I love the people here. They were so friendly and kind to me. I have taken my van to other Ford dealerships and felt like they were not honest when servicing my Van, but the whole team here is awesome. They treat you like family. I have since moved back to NM and local dealership service cannot compare.

Kamie helped my husband and I buy a new car for our family and was amazing. We did so much negotiation over the phone and she made everything flawless. She found us the best rates and was able to pull off a dealer swap (which are nearly impossible sometimes). She’s the best and I’ll recommend her and this Ford to anyone.

Sat at the park counter watch at minimum 6 people walking around. Employee's chatting about what they were doing for the weekend. 20 minutes of listening to them, watching them work before i was helped. Customers come last here.

Very very poor customer service.. cut throat cheep and dishonest.. .. I saw a vehicle online.. called and checked availability.. they said it was available and would be ready for me later that day ..good .. made an appointment for later that afternoon to drive and inspect. the vehicle .. I even asked if they needed something to hold it because i was coming from SLC when wife got off work.. no problem they said I will have it ready.. got a call when we were half way there (30 min. before my scheduled time) -- oh sorry we just sold it to someone else. !!! CHEAP A .. What ever happened to reserved meant reserved.. Wont trust again. Wont ever buy from again. and I'm sure they will delete this so i will post again and again and again .......... would give zero stars if possible ....
