What can I say about this team. The Manager has done a fantastic job at delivering great service through the COVID 19 pandemic and now the shop is open again its brilliant to see all the team. The team are always so happy to see every customer and the and the time they spend to get things right is outstanding. I truly love this place and the people that work in it. Keep up the great work and thank you for all you have done for us customers. You have been a massive part of keeping my business going!!

Great service and friendly staff. Greeted with a cheery smile and made to feel really comfortable although I had no idea what I needed!! Thank you Ulla for your patience I will be back for all my home needs.
I use a few toolstations for business purposes. However, the Longwell Green shop team although always extremely busy have great service and always take the time to get my orders just right. Good stock availability in store. Great attitudes and nothing is too much for them. Thank you
