All the staff are friendly quick and even though its not their job to advise on methods have excellent knowledge of stock and the ability to suggest alternatives .This branch is staffed by a team of counter staff all of which have the RIGHT ATTITUDE to customer service thanks to them all.
Lisa and Sam are absolutely amazing and really helped me out. 10/10 recommend.
Had to return an item and was served by Jake. He was amazing! Such great customer service, he listened to us and tried his best to resolve the issue before issuing the refund. The store was clean and tidy with all Covid19 precautions in place for safety of both staff and customers, it gave great piece of mind Jake went above and beyond by calling us when the item we actually needed was in stock, such a lifesaver!
Honiton was the most helpful Toolstation I have ever visited. I have to say Taunton was the most unhelpful. The lovely man helped me out with the 10 pots of paint I had ordered and happily and helpfully assisted. Thank you I will use Honiton rather than Taunton in future.
