I’ve called to the store and received the confirmation about the exchange at the store. I’ve visited the store and a friendly personnel solved my issue in no time. I visit this branch at least once a week and the service from the team there is first class. The last visit was 10 minutes after I had placed a click and collect order. I walked in and Diane had just picked the item and handed it straight over to me.... How's that for efficiency!! Thanks guys!!

Really friendly team of people working here, always happy to help when they can. Stock levels have been affected by Covid, but given the circumstances, they have done really well. They have a good sense of humour, which we all need when a project's not going so well, in particular Diane. Ps make sure they have you email/postal address, as Toolstation regularly send out vouchers etc.
