Had to write a review after seeing all these negative ones. I've had two separate interactions with Toomey over the last couple weeks and they've been great both times. Needed a new filter and outer for my Banshee. Sent Toomey an email to make sure I was looking at the right thing and heard back an hour later - pretty quick in my book. Made the order for the parts I needed a couple weeks later. Called in to make my payment and spoke to someone right away. He was friendly and quickly got my payment completed and order processed. Don't let some of these reviews scare you away. Buy the Toomey parts, you won't be disappointed.

I order a t5 exhaust for my banshee and the service is really bad they take like 4 months for send my order. No only that when i call they don't awnser the Phone. When finally take the Phone they tell me new orders have to wait 4 weeks for the shiping. And i wait 16 weeks to get the exhaust. They are pretty good exhaust buen the service and costumer care is VERY bad.....

I ordered pipes for my banshee on Sept 24th 2020. I have definitely been nagging as the builder of my motor is giving me alot of grief for them taking so long otherwise I wouldn't really care but that a whole other story. It is November 22nd and I have called him numerous times just to be told every week it will be the following week over and over however I do understand the issue is that its just one man producing all these pipes. He is getting a 5 star review because he has communicated with me the whole time and has never been mean or anything but definitely sounds overwhelmed. The issue is I think people fail to understand is that he is in fact STILL a one man show after all these years. He makes a truly outstanding one of a kind product that probably is hands down the best on the market. I am also a fabricator so I understand the time it takes to get this kind of stuff done but what I don't understand is if you are this busy and this popular and everybody wants your product why not turn it into a 3,4 or even 5 man show???? Its not like these are the most impossible things in the world to build and im sure someone else can be taught how to at least make the stingers while toomey makes the chambers if he is that obsessed with quality control but there are some phenomenaltig welders out there that would be thrilled to have a job like that.....think streamline the process and get orders out faster 3 guys building, 1 guy packing and taking to chrome plating and picking up and 1 guy to do sales/shipping. All the reviews will be sooooo much better because the legnth of time is the single biggest complaint everywhere.!!! It's never anything bad about the product. Just the time frame. So it's sad to see all the negative reviews. On such an outstanding end product. Just my 2 cents...

Be prepared to wait a couple months before you receive your product. I'm sure it will be an excellent exhaust though.

Worst customer service getting around. Be prepared to pay in full and receive exhaust when convenient to them. Constantly telling you that it will be shipped the next week.

Don’t even bother getting next day shipping. It’s a waste of money. They send it whenever they want to. I emailed them about and all I got was attitude. Unprofessional company. I even tried to work something out with them. No customer service!!
