I first hand witnessed the affects that happened when a close friend of mines had wisdom tooth extractions. The surgery took place last Friday. A week ago today. He still has not received feeling back on the left side of his face. His face is still numb. When he reached out to call the office they were very unprofessional and rude when addressing his concerns. He was given additional medicines but still have received any answers as to why his face has no feeling anymore. He was told that the numbness would only last 24 hours however it has been a week. The doctor also did not seem concerned wit the issues he had. He kept saying everything looked good and seemed as if it was an inconvenience when he returned to the office to personally speak to him in regards to it. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever witnessed and it made me change my own mind about using this business for something so major.

BE ADVISED... CUSTOMERS ARE GIVEN FREE GIFT CARDS FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS. READ THE NOT SO GOOD REVIEWS CAREFULLY!!!! Staff is nice, HOWEVER, I lost taste after getting wisdom tooth removed. It has been since October, so guessing its permanent, especially since he basically said nothing he can do and referred me to a neurosurgeon... So yeah, my experience was not so great and a bit life changing, not in a good way.

I went in for wisdom teeth removal which I received very quick help with and had an appointment set immediately, awesome start to my experience. After the procedure began on my wisdom teeth extraction, I actually woke up from my anesthesia TWICE in EXTREME pain (mind I paid extra to be put under for the procedure). He stated after the procedure my mouth was “too small” and he had difficulty removing one of the top wisdom teeth resulting in slightly damaging my upper jaw, so I may be sore (the jaw still pops and cracks) It doesn’t stop there, after the procedure I was prescribed the most inadequate pain medicine and was in severe pain for an entire weekend before I could even be seen again. The pain continued for well over two weeks, and I was left with two cracked teeth as a direct result of the procedure at this office.

I LOVED my experience at ToothHQ! I felt the most comfortable here than any other dental office! Everyone was amazing, from the receptionist, to Esmerelda, and the doctor! Esmerelda made sure I had all my questions answered and she was just a great energy and person to be around! Will definitely be coming back here for any dental needs!!
