600 dollars later....the 2100 square ft house is NOT clean. A DEEP CLEAN is what was PRE paid for!! One lady showed and it was her FIRST day. The only supplies She had were a roll of paper towels and 2 squirt bottles!!! That was it!! She worked as hard and as fast as she could, and was amazing, yet the job was way over her abilities. She was unable to solve the issue because her superviser, Lindsey, never returned her calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I love this cleaning service. To me there is nothing better than coming home to a clean house. These cleaners are always on time and always do a great job. I get a quarterly deep clean and each and every time I am amazed by their work. Glad to see the dedication from this staff.

DON’T HIRE. After hiring this company and paying 400 for a “deep clean”, they did nothing they said they would do. After the “cleaning” dust could still be seen on surfaces and parts of the vacant home were not touched. The owner refused to answer and return phone calls (but would answer when another number called). Absolutely would never do business with them or recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT USE! I paid 500 and received NO SERVICE!!!! I was scheduled and paid for a deep cleaning. The original day no one showed and I was not notified for nearly an hour (47min) after my appointment time. I had tried calling twice during that time but no one answers their phone and voicemail is full so you can’t leave a message. I was told the cleaners had a emergency so I agreed to reschedule for the next day even though I had time restraints and it wasn’t as convenient for me especially since I had already paid. I should of demanded a refund right then! No one showed for the rescheduled time and NO CALL! I called multiple times as well as my husband and no response! I emailed, texted, and left a Facebook message and still NO RESPONSE! Update: After multiple attempts to contact with no response and finally got a hold of someone who promised to refund I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Topdown NEVER issued a refund!
