I attended a consultation with this firm on Saturday, 05/10/2019. I was seen by Mrs Sharma, who asked reception to photocopy my ID before starting anything (First time ever for me to see that with any solicitor); from the get go, I felt pushed in a corner from her questioning. I thought I was with my solicitor, but it felt more like the tribunal. At some point during my explanation of my case, she was clearly insinuating that I was lying (UNBELIEVABLE). To say the least, she didn't seem interested at all, her demeanour made me feel on edge; and after I had exposed my case, she picked her phone and called the husband to ask for directions, she wasn't sure what advice to give me!!! So why am I seeing her and paying 30 instead of seeing the person who can actually give me the advice I came in for??? Then she said she would call me on monday evening just after 5PM , as she needed to speak to the husband and would then be able to give me more information. On the said day, I waited in vain, she never called; I then called on Tuesday same time, and was told she 's not available. Same thing again on Wednesday. Since then, nobody has called me back, I paid 30 and got absolutely no advice whatsoever. Criminally unprofessional to act that way, please remember when people come to see you solicitors, most are in despair, and they are looking for solutions, not extra problems. So so disappointed, and cannot EVER recommend them to anyone.
