I was quoted a certain price for my windshield, gave vin number for the vehicle. The tech shows up to install the windshield and it’s the wrong windshield. So now the price goes up. How is that the customers fault? I will not refer anyone to go to them, and I will never use their service.

This is the 2nd time I used this company, the first experience was excellent but this time it wasn’t. We had Miguel replace our windshield once again, because of COVID concerns I went inside after I greeted him. However, my daughter stayed outside with him until he was done & paid him. I was curious so I wanted to see the new windshield after he left, but I noticed a little chip not a hole, as I was later told today. I immediately left a vcm concerning the chip & and sent an email not even an hour after the job done, which I have a copy. No response so I called in the morning and made arrangements to be at the main window store location. I got there and Carla got a chance to see the chip. I told her I wasn’t going to pay 130.00 for that, I need a replacement. She didn’t believe me and kept questioning the chip. Again, I informed her I sent an email and left a message yesterday regarding the chip. Usually a company understands and emphatic, I wish Miguel was there maybe things would have been different, but she was questioning which got me angry. No apologies or concerns. So I would be cautious when there is a window replacement, I regret not being outside because of the pandemic but I was positive there would be no problem. Daniel (the technician who showed up at the store) declined replacing it or otherwise.

I went to two other auto glass companies nearby and both person "in charge" didn't seem interested in finding the windshield for my car but Top Line auto glass helped me with no hesitation, set an appointment for the following day and was in and out within 45 mins! I was very pleased with their service and price.
