Great secure place and well maintained. I've had a large unit there for over 2 years. I believe it was Roderick who began my contract but now has transferred to another location, but there is an equally very nice gentleman there now. Definitely the best storage facility in our area.

I received excellent service from Roderick! He really sets this facility apart from others. Roderick was able to access my storage needs and then provide recommendations as to what size unit I would need and how I could get the best pricing. Being busy with home repairs and children, it was welcoming to have someone who wasn't just transactional and trying to make a sale. Thank you Roderick!

I've been searching around for a week trying to find good storage places at reasonable price. As I was just going to give up the search, I called the one more place (Top Self Storage). I spoke with the gentleman Rodrick who is the Manager, who was very sweet and kind over the phone. He helped me out with all my questions and needs. Rodrick was knowledgeable on the units and sizes and informed me on what I needed to fit my things inside. I did want Climate Control for my very expensive paintings but they didn't have that at all. Once I got the feel inside of the unit on a VERY HOT day it wasn't bad inside the unit at all. Also once I got to the Storage place I was welcomed by Jeff who was also a sweet guy who helped me get settled in my unit. Even though he was quiet the talker he was a great guy. So be patient with him everyone he's a great person. Honestly if it wasn't for Rodrick skills and kindness over the phone and Jeff with his kindness when I got there I would not have rented at all and would have sold my things which I really didn't want to. I love the atmosphere there and I would recommend Top Self Storage to my friends. Thanks Rodrick and Jeff

I found this storage on the google, and like many others the response of the staff seem so impersonal and robot like. With Top Self storage, as soon as the associate responded, he got my attention, he was courteous, super friendly and informative. Well, I decided to visit Top Self to see this associate myself to see if he is for real. Well, yes he is, his name is Roderick Dudley, he was the same in person. U I decided immediately after meeting him in person that this place would get my business. Top Self Storage, you have an asset in the person of Roderick Dudley. He is a keeper. I have now referred others, so you will be getting added business soon..
