I had a perfectly satisfactory experience. I did not have to wait. After the preliminary tests Dr, Oxandale made a very complete examination. He explained the results carefully and I chose to order glasses with my changed prescription.

This is the second time I have brought my 5 year old into the office and the first time I have brought my 3 year old. Even with the uncertainty and discomfort that covid and mask wearing can bring small children, the visits were flawless. Each staff member we encountered was personable and caring with my kids. They took their time and handled any fear my 3 year old had with patience and grace. Dr. Oxandale was thorough and kind with my kids and any questions I may have had. My 3 year old struggled choosing the “perfect” glasses for her and we were greeted with nothing but patience and guidance. I would recommend this office to anyone, not only for the doctors’ knowledge, but also for every staff members’ care and compassion.
