Once is a coincidence, twice is a pattern. After this experience, I will never take my car anywhere other than Firestone for tire woes. Many thanks to Tim, Joe, and Dee at the Topeka SW location, who were incredibly helpful to me when I got a flat tire driving all the way from Chicago to Tucson. Traveling alone can be scary, but they really helped me feel safe and ready to get back on the road. The team provided fast service, comfortable accommodations while I waited (I am traveling with my dog, and they were kind enough to let me bring him in - leashed, of course - so that we didn't have to wait in the cold.) This is my second top-notch experience with a Firestone location helping me in a bind (check out my review of the Lorain, OH location for the first great experience I had with them). The folks working here truly care, aren't just looking to make a quick buck off you like some other tire shops out there, and above all, have always provided my car with good quality tires and education about the issues at hand. I can't recommend these folks enough. Thank you again, Tim, Joe, and Dee!

I was kinda in a bit of a \panic\ with a low tire and a 30-mile drive ahead of me. The young men were very helpful!! Oh, and I DO have Firestone tires on my van. When we had our service station, we sold them. Now that I've researched the new versions, I recommend them again.

I will never use this establishment again, three strikes and you're out! 1st strike: went in for a tire change and brake job. They somehow broke my steering column and cost me a day's pay (had my tuck for 2 days). 2nd: I go in with an appointment for 2 tires on sale, given a 1 hr lead time and 5.5 hours later they got the 2 tires on. 3rd: at 8 am calling for a brake job \We can get you in and and have you taken care of by noon for sure!\ I call a quarter to noon and was told they might get me in by 6pm *note: I explicitly explained I work night shift and need sleep*...They had my truck for 3.5 hours and did nothing but deny the honor to their word. I'm ASE certified and could have been done and in bed but they chose to be dishonest...it's one thing to be busy and honest with your customer's, it's another to be lie to them for a sale.

Kindve disappointing usually more expensive & they usually try to stick you for unnecessary things. R& R took longer but was worth waiting for
