I have been extremely unsatisfied with the service and my glasses in general. I got a call saying my glasses were in. I drove to the store at least four times during the hours that they were supposed to be open only to find out that no one was there to help me. When I finally was able to connect with someone to pick up my glasses I couldn't really see clearly with them. I came back a couple of days to see if they could adjust the nose piece. I still was not happy with them, so I brought them in to see if there needed to be another adjustment because they wouldn't stay up on my nose. Again, no one was there to make an adjustment. I really wish I could get my money back and go somewhere else to get my glasses. This experience could not have been worse.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Twice I have driven nearly 70 miles to this facility only to find it closed during posted business hours. Just lost a 10 year customer. This past year, the service at this facility has dramatically droppped.
Bought reading glasses worth 500 and since the Glasses were falling off we gave back to JC Penny Optical. The lady at the opticals wasn't ready to help, finally after requesting she agreed to send it back to the manufacturer. Yesterday when I called the customer care said they'll let me know today Jan 17, 17. Today when I call the lady at Opticals says they don't have any records of the glasses being sent out. I didn't expect this from JC Penny Optical.There's hardly anyone there...not sure what the lady in the Opticals did with it. Very irresponsible...shows lack of interest/committed to the work she's doing. JCP Optical you need to review what customer service issues people face in the OPTICALS..the lady just hung the phone on me at 4pm today instead of trying to help me. I urge the Management to look into these issues.
