Stephen was wonderful to work with! He helped me for many months and explained everything thoroughly. If I have any issues in the future I will definitely be back here in the future. The whole staff is amazing!

My experience began with Rachel’s voice. She enthusiastically and kindly scheduled my first appointment and subsequent appointments. My impression is that Stephen and Chloe are both personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I have worked only with Stephen. He has explained things to me that make sense. Some of the information provided I heard for the first time even though my situation is not new. I have made improvements and feel very encouraged. Scheduling is flexible. Temperatures are taken upon entering the facility. During the craziness of Covid 19, the equipment is wiped down immediately following each use. The staff work hard to be accommodating which shows. The best place to come for rehab! The Physical therapists make you work hard, but not painfully hard. They are very friendly and family oriented. Hands down helped me achieve my goals.

I really enjoyed my time at SERC. If I was having an off day the therapists would ask how I was doing. Both the therapist were great and had a sense of humor, which I can get behind. 10/10 highly recommend.
