Dr. Dani Steffen is thorough, caring and her treatments are very effective. I so appreciated her at-home exercises which helped relieve my discomfort.

Assessments by the doctors were informative and thorough. The actual physical therapy treatment was top notch, exceedingly effective and also informative. The staff were also very helpful in quick processing of FMLA paperwork. However, the office financial specialist will harass you for payment, even if you’ve made a payment within that month, all while not providing any modern or convenient methods for payment. One has to go in, call in, or send a check in for making payments, to the best of my knowledge. My final appt was in early September. I received one billing statement dated for the 24th of September. (which, point of fact, did not show any payments that I’d already made) Then the next communication I received was a threatening “final notice” letter dated for the 30th of September stating that they will send my account to collections, claiming that on “numerous occasions” they had attempted to contact me. No communication about insurance being done processing or a total amount due. So less than a week from the first communication I received and I’m apparently meant to have rearrangement my life and plans to meet their unexpressed time constraints to make additional payments. I’ll be paying in full ASAP and NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN BECAUSE I’M NOT GOING TO BE THREATENED AND HARASSED FOR PAYMENTS WHEN THEY CANT EVEN BE BOTHER TO COMMUNICATE ABOUT THE APPARENTLY VERY TIME SENSITIVE NEED FOR PAYMENTS OR SORT OUT MODERN PAYMENT METHODS WHICH WOULD AMELIORATE THE TASK. It’s not 1990, maybe the office financial specialist could their financial specialization to update payment options to fit the fact that it’s nearly 2021.

Today was my first visit. I was suffering from a severe migraine for over 24 hours. They made me feel very welcome, no pressure, and walked me through everything. She listened to everything I had to say, with patience. After my treatment, I ended up crying in happiness with relief I needed and Dani even gave me a hug! I will be coming back.

I love this place. I have a back injury and the staff were on top of it from day one. I received a very thorough evaluation from Matt and the therapist explained to me in detail what he thought was going on. The other therapists that I work with are awesome as well. They are empathetic and engaging with me EVERY time I have my appointments...Very grateful for their hard work.
