I went to have a wisdom tooth removed. I stated that I was not numb and was told that I was. Dr. Christopher (whose name I learned from the bill, since he never introduced himself or asked my name) started pulling it anyway. I burst into tears and he finally stopped and gave another injection. He proceeded to pinch my lip and told, not asked, me it felt different on one side. It did not. He was surprised when I jumped as the needle hit me. After finally convincing him, I got another injection and that one worked. He kept yanking and jerking my head around while telling his assistant that my roots were really curved. I have been swollen, bruised, and in pain for a week. Never again.

Had four teeth removed by Dr. Zeller today and let me ask first that folks looking for a GOOD oral surgeon not mistake directness for rudeness. Yes both he and his back room staff are direct and to the point and make little small talk, but I would rather have someone confident who expends more energy on the procedure than making sure I feel happy. The job was done very quickly, efficiently, and my pain after 4 molar extractions is still minimal. I likely will not be needing the narcotic pain medication prescribed to me and that's a first.

Had a tooth pulled and Doctor Patrick was amazing, very nice and calming. His staff however were very rude. Both assistants clearly had somewhere better to be and were completely annoyed the entire time. Doc gets 5 stars but I think its time to replace some assistants.

I went in friday to get my wisdoms out (did sedative and nitrous oxide) I honestly don't know how anyone can be awake for that. You literally gotta have balls of steel. Going back in two weeks to be put completely under. Nervous as hell now bc they had to stop due to me crying and hyperventilating. Gotta love it

Where to start? The amount of energy it takes to set an appointment alone is not worth the time. Originally, I was told the only doctor available was only in the office once a week. How is this feasible to anyone with a work schedule or kids? Come to find out there are several. They originally had me down to come in on the 25th of March I called to see if anyone has canceled to get in sooner and was informed they could and there are several do tors to assist me. Irritated but understanding yet reluctant, I set the appointment. Today is the day of my appointment and they set it for the wrong time and had the wrong number on file. Now I have to put in more effort and look for a new doctor. I question the integrity and competence of this office as well as it’s willingness and ability to assist the public. As a doctors office you are held to a certain level of professionalism that should never be compromised. From my phone interaction I felt like a bother to them that they put the wrong time and they entered the wrong number. I feel like I wasted 3 weeks for an operation that takes a few hours and still didn’t get what was needed. What a waste of time.

Dr.Baker is STELLAR! I highly recommend her, from someone who hates going to the dentist. I didn't feel a thing.

I have a TON of extractions to get done and based on my experiences here, this is my go to place to get it all taken care of. They were caring of my fear, explained their moves as she made each thing happen, made sure I was doing alright the whole way through. The oral surgeon I saw was Dr. Baker. She was so precise with my extraction each time I've been in, that I experienced little to no pain afterwards and the swelling was minimal. She damaged absolutely nothing on the way out, not even the gums! The gentlest tooth yanking experience of my life and I highly recommend her!

I have Braces

I had over eight teeth removed by request of my orthodontist here, the staff was so friendly and Dr Lynne was gentle. I had been so scared to come here, she, the staff, and anesthesiologists are great at what they do. Two were wisdom teeth and I was so full of anxiety.
