Salesperson was great, but my experience with the rest of the store's service has been poor. I ordered a pair of sandals 3 weeks ago and they still have not arrived. Went into the store and they said a "mix up" had occurred on shipping. So, due to the store being over an hours drive away, a "visiting" store manager said he would have the shoes shipped directly to my home. Twice I have called the store to see when shoes were shipped..but employees state only a store manager can track the order and see status..and no store manager has been available to speak with. I should have simply ordered the sandals off of Amazon.

I went looking for a new pair of shoes at Tradehome and Thomas Schmid, the store manager, helped me. I was so impressed by his attention to detail. He measured my feet, asked me what I was looking for, went to the back of the store and came back with several pairs of shoes he thought I would like. I have problems with one of my feet, so he made sure to bring out shoes he thought would work best for me. I came out with two pairs of shoes instead of one! Such a nice young man who has a very bright future in his career path. This kind of customer service is not found much these days. Thank you Thomas. I will certainly be returning when I'm in need of another pair of shoes.
Tradehome is definitely the best place to buy shoes. The customer service there is a 10/10! They listen to you, help you find the perfect shoe, and do much more to help your feet! You will NOT be disappointed shopping here at all.
Tradehome is amazing, especially if you have feet problems. They sell orthopedic shoes and pediatrist recommend shoes that last a long time. The manager, Tyler, tells the customers facts about the shoes that is very beneficial to the customers knowledge. I highly recommend coming in to Tradehome and checking out the selection of shoes.
Tyler is a superb salesman, he is very professional and listens to his customers. I found the most comfortable pair of tennis shoes. Iam no longer in pain due to foot problems. Thank you Tyler!!!

Absolutely the worst store to get shoes, he will litterly scam you with raising the price of the shoes and saying wow you get free waterproofer, when really hes just is tricking you to it looks like he sold two items instead of one.
The gentleman there is very nice and delivers excellent customer service and very knowledgeable on shoes
