I specifically asked for a certain nicotine product that I buy every time I’m at speedway. The cashier charged me for the wrong product and then told me it was my fault. I used to stop in for all of my gas and nicotine products because the staff was always so great but after the way I was talked to I will never shop at another speedway again. Good riddance.
Place is a joke anymore, poor set up pumps never work half the time and staff is too lazy to try and help you figure it out
I attempted to redeem my gas points today but had to jump through many hoops to do it. In the end, the store computer wouldn't interface with the app that I had to download, so I was unable to get the gas card that I had earned. A perfect example of a company promising rewards but making it virtually impossible to redeem them.
Walked in to buy a hot sandwich and to my surprise completely empty, no donuts nothing. When asked why are there no hot sandwiches or donuts. CLERK stated “ nobody was here to make them. I wish I could use that excuse at my job. This has happened so Many times I lost count. To why nobody has done nothing about it is Incomprehensible. Absolutely poor excuses.
Nice staff, well kept store. Just need to clean up the outside a bit more. Parking and getting gas is also a very tight squeeze for the amount of traffic using the location. They are open 24/7 and it is pretty convenient.
Sue is AMAZING! employees are usually very friendly and helpful. My family and I frequent this establishment regularly.
Watch out!! Better yet, STAY AWAY!! They are crooks and steal your credit card information. I bought gas and paid with a credit card. Shortly afterwards, my card company called me to tell me about fraud.
