Been meaning to write this review for years. Literally years. Professional, fast, low stress, reasonable prices, trustworthy. Always solid work and always easy transactions. Honest and capable business. A pleasure to transact with each and every time. Sometimes I purposefully break something on my computer just to have a reason to visit. Ok, maybe not that far, but you get the point.

It is not easy to give 5 stars for a company or store unless they do something outstanding in service, price, customer service ... etc. Mr. Ahmed was amazing when I contacted him on the phone, he said I'm not sure if I have the spare parts let me check and call you back within 10 minutes. He called me back and confirmed he have the parts and the price was acceptable. when I arrive to the shop I find excellent customer service and fix my broken screen Hard drive for my Samsung Laptop with an amazing price comparing with other companies. I really appreciate the honesty with the customer and the communication about every single details in the laptop. By the way I am typing this review from my laptop. Thank you for the nice offers and I wish you all the best.
I took my laptop as the screen was not turning on. The owner of the place gave all my options for repair. He communicated well in terms of phone calls to update me on what diagnostics he had done and options for repair were available. In the end he was able to fix my issue more simply and for less money than I expected and I am very thankful for his abilities.
I took my laptop in and the service was extremely quick. The worker was very helpful in giving me tips to prevent the issue from recurring in the future.
Ahmad at A2ZPC is awesome. After returning to his shop on several occasions for laptop repair, and the excellent service and advice I came to rely on, I again called on him after sending back a poorly assembled Dell computer that I made the mistake of purchasing. Ahmad met with me and presented me with several, excellent, economical options for a custom PC that met my needs as a Designer and far surpassed what Dell could offer. Furthermore, after I received my PC, which I call Deep Cool, Ahmad went out of his way to help me locate compatible accessories that he did not have readily available in his shop - which he did for no personal gain other than for his own need to be certain that I was 100% happy with my awesome computer. Now, I like to call Ahmad Deep Cool.
