I loved the ambiance they have for the changing rooms - you can choose a variety of mood colors and adjust the music volume. Although, some of the staff were a bit rude.

My aunt and i came for returns and she had over 20 items to return. Adam was amazingly patient with us and excellent customer service attitude. He kept smiling and apologizing for the wait in computer delays but it was us doing lots of return that held up one cash register. Then a girl helped us, maybe the supervisor and she took us to another cash register at the front and finished processing the returns for me. Excellent service!

Honestly really impressed with this store. One of the sales associates helped me find a dress for a special occasion, even going into the back room to find me some stuff that had not been put on the floor yet! I ended up finding something I really liked and got it. The only thing is sometimes the line gets pretty long as they only have 4 cash registers, but the customer service and friendliness makes up for it :)

I still and will always come here and find something really comfortable and well designed..the perfume in the store is sometimes a real bother for my health so I go in quickly and leave..They have very young students who work here as the clothing is more geared for university students I have been shopping for sweaters at Abercrombie since I was a child..the quality and design is not as good as it was in the late 80s but it's not as pricey as it was the 80s either.. still a place I like to find something to wear.. especially a good pair of comfy jogging pants and a hoodie or a sweater...I'm hoping one day Abercrombie will come back to the quality of clothing they offered way it was back in the 80s..even if they have to raise their price a little bit more. Quality over Quantity..miss those days .
