Came here on a Friday to see the headliner Marc Anthony, this guy was on fire and the show was hilarious! We were seated at a high top table with more than enough social distancing space and the waitress was great. I would definitely recommend this place, it was great to get out and Absolute Comedy did not disappoint!
Had a good time here! Great setting a group of friends, first date and even a couples night out. Covid precautions taken and the food and drinks are also decent!
So I went there on Friday September the 25th to see Trixx. The venue is a good size. We were made to wear masks when walking through the place but allowed to remove them once seated. They've taken very good covid precautions. I wouldn't say they social distanced is but they did wipe things down and the servers did wear PPE. Also the comedians had to perform behind a cage of plexiglass which was kind of funny actually some of the comedians did mention it in their stand-up act period it was a great show there was an opening act and then there was three middle acts and then the headliner all in all I would say four out of five stars and that's mainly because the drinks weren't so good and the chicken wings that I received were too well done for my liking. Also, one of the security there or ushers let's call him was a little bit too overzealous with this whole covet thing also he shushed me and my friend when we were laughing a little bit too much for his liking which was weird to me because we're at a comedy show and I think the object is for us to laugh so I was not impressed by him shushing us but I still enjoyed myself overall. I will definitely be returning for another night!
Kind of a dive-y place which is exactly what you’d expect of a comedy club. I’ve been many times - with friends or with my partner - and we’ve ALWAYS had a great time and come away laughing and impressed by the shows - whether amateur nights or professional headliners. I don’t even consider myself a fan of standup comedy but Absolute Comedy has always proved a great night out.
