I had an easy and smooth experience getting my storage unit set up. I can drive right up to the door of the unit which is very convenient. Brand new facility, friendly staff. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they make you buy a special "theft-proof" lock in order to rent a unit -- you can't just use your own. (I've seen a few people using their own second lock in addition to the mandatory one though).

This location is a brand new location and was perfect for my needs. The General manager and the divisional manager of this location are really friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They explain everything and they go above and beyond. I would recommend this place to anyone moving.

I was so very thrilled to discover a brand new local Access storage facility. The pricing for a new clean, safe and secure unit was also just right. Most of all I have to say Bravo to Altaf, as he was exceptional!! Altaf was extremely busy as he was working by himself due to Government Covid19 restrictions, that would not allow another employee to work with him in an extremely large office? However Altaf soldiered through every customer with professionalism and a smile. He explained everything in detail, conducted a walk through of my unit with me, and made me feel welcomed. So I would like to say Bravo Altaf to a job well done!!
