I have to admit the first time I used Affinity I was not entirely impressed; however, their lovely personable manner had me try them again. By now my husband and I have both separately been using their car rental service on a number of occasions - both short-term and up to one month. We have had exceptional service as James and Leroy have been very accommodating. They are very punctual and considerate in the car dropoff and pickup, and the cars have been well-maintained and in very good shape. It is typically a seamless and friendly service. I am quite thankful for the most recent rental experience - James and Leroy both made a suitable vehicle recommendation considering my usual preferences and the driving conditions I am not accustomed to in Canadian winters. Also my travel plans were extended at last-minute because there was a death in my immediate family. James made sure I had no worries regarding extending the rental, there were no penalties and they were very accommodating in the collection of the car. A real pleasure.
Rented a couple cars from Affinity and was very happy, they have great customer service and made sure that I was put in an equivalent vehicle while my vehicle was in the body-shop for repairs. They were very accommodating to my needs and I would highly recommend them when looking to rent an exotic or temporary vehicle. Santosh and Radu took very good care of us.
From the very 1st phone call Roy was so friendly and knowledgeable. Roy walked me through everything step by step in renting the Mustang GT convertible, all to help me make my husbands milestone birthday the best birthday present he says he's ever had. 100% we will come back to rent from Roy again out of the Dupont location.
