Never had I ever gone through such a great agency like Agilus. Had the privilege of having Ally as my rep and she did a phenomenal job. She was super kind and patient which is something that I haven't seen from other agencies. She was courteous enough to even send me an email just before my placement wishing me all the best. The people at Agilus are very on top of their responsibilities and care for their clients.

So I was contacted by recruiter from LinkedIn and rather than sharing JD she asked me to call her.In the call,she never mentioned the job salary or job description but started asking mathematical questions.They have to learn about interview process and timing of candidate.Because no one wants to be interviewed by calling recruiters and not knowing salary and JD.Also make sure if you are asking for technical support/application support/product support job.All 3 are very different and needs expertise in lots of things.

The consultant i was paired with was extremely professional and friendly. She managed my expectations and also promoted me to be open about roles that could help build my resume.
