Can you say service? I recently purchased custom drapes from Alleen's and they did a spectacular job. Everything from first appointment, recommendations, installation, etc. But, what really stood out is that I mentioned that one of my Hunter Douglas automated blinds wasn't working - blinds I had purchased 3 years earlier and they got right on it. They sent a technician to check out the blind, removed it and returned it to Hunter Douglas, confirmed that the blind was still under warranty so there would be no charge and then re-installed the blind, only to find it still didn't work. So no problem, they sent it back to the factory and we repeated it and the blind still didn't work. At this point, I almost expected them to give up, however, they were dogged in their pursuit of helping me solve this problem. Ultimately, it turned out that the battery wand was defective (who knew) and when they learned I would have to wait 4 weeks for a new battery wand (I told them it was fine), they called around and found a new battery wand at another Hunter Douglas retailer and had someone hand deliver the replacement wand to me - all in less than 24 hours. No charge!!!! I highly recommend this vendor. Very service oriented and very concerned that I solve my problem. I was delighted with the experience.

Looking for blinds for my living room. Drop by but no one was there to help me. Will visit again
We had our entire apartment measured and fitted over 15 years ago and they did a great job, more recently, I needed a small part replaced after all these years and they were able to grab it right away and I was on my way in 5 minutes! They were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service and very good products.
Terrible customer service and services! When I went to place my order back in May I told them that I'm going away on may 14th so I will need my order to be ready before I leave or else I rather place my order somewhere else. They promised that my order will be ready before then. On May 13th they bring my order and of course there is a problem! First off they never checked the material of chains with me so they just assumed I would want the plastic one... also one of the covers was cut in the wrong side so they took the piece back to reorder. Sonia again promised me that the piece will be ready once I get back in 2 weeks which should be enough time to reorder it and ready to be install the next day I get to toronto. I go to store on Jun 3rd to check on my order and have it installed where Sonia' s colleague who is super rude says there is no order for me! She calls the company and they say they have never got the reordering call or request!!!! She then orders it and schedule the installation for next week. I mention then to bring the metal chains as well as stopper and baby proof for the chains. Of course when the installer comes does not have any of them and on top of that the piece is wrong again. I call them Sonia comes over and all she has to say that it well this happens with the custom orders and it's not on me it happened. This is not how you handle the mistake that was done from your part. She clearly does not know anything about customer service. I would not recommend then to anyone at least not this location with this terrible customer service. Oh and one more thing, the guy Allen that came with Sonia the first day to do the meassurments was very sloppy in his job. He hit his stuff all over the wall and my tv and didn't even bother to apologize.
horroble! sales woman always talk too much, bossy & force me to buy that I do not want! very stressful place! I have been few times but they never change...
