Super friendly staff. This is what a professional print shop should be like. I only had a shipping label to print this time, but I'll definitely be back if I have more stuff to print in the future! Toronto is fortunate to have a print shop like this.

These guys were AMAZING! John and Steve were super helpful with getting a large vinyl print made for my office in downtown Toronto. They were quick, efficient, affordable and did a great job. Honestly I couldn't have been happier with the process of this project. I was especially nervous because of the massive size of this piece at about 15' feet long by 6' tall, but their skills and expertise made me feel reassured as they came in and measured the space, printed test sheets and reprinted until I was happy, installed the vinyl in 4 panels, etc. Their fantastic customer service was unexpected and greatly appreciated :) Thanks again guys! hope to work with you soon!

Nice looking place. For doing printing for professional solutions or just regular printing. The staff is friendly

I went to ARC because I wanted to get some prints done for an anime convention me and a few others are going to. However, this being my first time getting prints of this nature, I was in the hands of the experts at ARC for what would be appropriate and what would work. Instead, I left feeling bullied and humiliated by Chris Johnston and I am very angry and upset. I had online ordered 19x13 prints on recommendation of one of the people going to the convention. I didn't realize that he gave me the measurements in centimeters and not inches. When I placed my order, Chris never questioned whether these were too large for the prints that I wanted. The worst part was that Chris mentioned only after payment that it was a strange order, and that everybody else in my group (who also went to ARC for their prints) were getting smaller postcard sized prints. When I checked in with my group, they said that they had ordered 19x13 as well so I don't understand how they could get the size they wanted and I'm left with large posters. Chris then called me after I left, to basically fact check me about my misunderstanding of inches and centimeters instead of making me feel any better. Now I'm left with over-sized prints that I can't use and I'll need to go and find another print shop to get my prints.

Words cannot describe how incredibly impressed we are with the level of service, urgency and care that ARC (Steve and John) puts into every project we send them. We recently had some rush foam core posters that we need printed and delivered for an event the same week. Not only did they turned them around in record time, we also had some last minute additions the night before the event. They got the posters printed and delivered hours before the event. I cannot thanks these guys enough. They always go above and beyond to accommodate and we can always count on them to deliver.
