I wish I could use no Stars!!!!!!For staff the consistently say they have been in this industry for so many years I was shocked by how rude they were. They also feel the need to trade business information with other brokers. The employee actually wrote it in an email that she was exchanging information about my company to others. To begin to explain how unprofessional this is..is crazy! Overcharged on invoice and was not only treated poorly after I pointed it out she threaten to not clear my shipment even though payment was already made. Customers beware!!!!!
