The delivery guy yelled at me because I couldn't understand his accent when he said my name. They were flowers being delivered for my birthday. He yelled why I didn't come down in front of everyone in my lobby. It was unprofessional and embarassing.

Had the pleasure of ordering bouquets with Fancy Flowers for the first time, over the phone today. They were courteous and went out of their way to ensure I was happy. The arrangements are great and I am amazed at the volume and quality of the flowers I received for my order (especially compared to the prices at larger shops farther North on Bayview).
