Never had issues with the bank. Never waited more than 5 min in line. Reaching them per phone you can at different location as well, so no need to panic like Sandy Bodnar. Try getting the same service at other banks.

Waiting time on the phone if you don't have an actual person's extension waiting on the line are 20 minutes plus. Their nauseating recording is repeating the same old about the different numbers to call, like when you loose card or whatever. No music, no telling you to stay in to keep your number/turn. Absolutely horrible. Oh, I have passed the 20 minute time. God knows how long I will be held up on the line. Disgusting.
