I signed up for the challenge, electing to set the goal of losing 6% body fat in 6 weeks. I reduced my body fat from 18.2% to 11.8%, thus winning the challenge. They have promised to return the deposit to me, and I will likely return to the bootcamp after the summer. The workouts were in small groups, and they were definitely intense yet simple. Haley in particular was a great trainer, and she also was the nutritionist who was always available whenever I had questions about my diet. Yes, it is true that you will be asked to put down a rather large deposit, however they do promise to refund it completely as long as you a) meet your goal, b) post updates on social media, c) don't miss classes, d) stick to your diet and post about it in the private group. I see some people have left one-star reviews calling this program a \scam\, and while they are entitled to their opinions, my before and after photos will show that with hard work, a strict diet and consistent workouts, it is very possible to see results.
Great sense of community here at BBBC! The small group workouts are really motivating and encouraging. Coaches are fantastic and really knowledgeable not only in the workouts but also in a healthy lifestyle. I recommend joining if your are looking for an active change 3x a week. They let know that accountability is a huge part of achieving your goals, which is very possible with all their help and guidance!
Great trainers and management. They really get to know you and it feels like you are part of a family. My trainer was really helpful, not only in guiding me through the workouts, but also ensuring I was getting the right nutrition and doing specific workouts outside of our sessions so that I come back more capable of doing the exercises. They have also recently switched to a new system for tracking your workouts and nutrition which seems to work pretty well. I was able to lose about 2% body fat in 6 weeks (which is normally a HUGE struggle for me). The smaller (3-6 people) class sizes were great because it made the training more personable. Would recommend to anyone who just needs an improvement in their lifestyle, especially if you're looking to shed a few pounds.
