So so good! It all started back during the first lockdown, when I stopped by to pick up flour during my sourdough baking phase. It's great that they mill all flour fresh and directly on site. We still stop by a few times a week to pick up a fresh loaf and a few treats. The staff are always friendly and the baked goods amazing. A real gem in the neighbourhood!

Bread is very good. But milling grain on-site does not justify the price. 8/kg of flour is criminal.
Little rain shouldn't stop you from this Cardamom goodness! Brod Latte (oat milk based latte with cardamom syrup - well balanced, not too sweet or overpowering) and Cardamom Thumbprint Cookie (just delish)
