Perfect 20 (size 20 that is) for my Corgi. Great customer service and the coats last ages. This is the latest one (with arm holes which means my low rider K9 doesn't get winter muck under her front legs and chest like with other coats. Definitely recommend ordering directly from them - they are my go to. Bootsie also has the raincoat. Below is the True North Parka in red

Had an issue with a jacket I recently bought for my dog. I emailed my concern and within a few hours had a response which solved my problem. Fast, friendly and excellent customer service from Natalie. In the past I have also found their return process very easy and straight forward. My dog already has 2 jackets and 3 sweaters, and I will continue to buy from Canada Pooch

Not happy at all. Purchased two sets of boots for my dogs. In addition to falling off immediately and the velcro not working in the snow, one of the elastic toggles meant to keep the boots on snapped during the first use. I messaged Canada Pooch and followed up with my address and purchase date, then nothing. I even sent photos. I plan to return, but even though I purchased directly from Canada Pooch, I did not receive a confirmation email or order number to refer to. Still waiting for someone to get back to me.

I bought all my doggy nephews bandanas from Canada Pooch after seeing them on my friend's dog! They came in the mail today and I am SOOO happy with them. Great quality and so many cute patterns to choose from. Putting in another order now for more (for my own pup)!

The products are good quality. But they have no customer service. You can reach them only by email. The website says "email us for returns." I have emailed them 3 times already for a return label. Instead of a label, they give you some steps to get the label from the site (or I assume because there is no explanation as to how this label is supposed to be produced). I follow the steps, still no return label. The steps take you nowhere, not even to a message that say "we will email you a label." It is a nightmare. Who has the time for this?

I spent over 300 on various jackets and boots, when they arrived everything was too big. I tried to return the boots I purchased because my dogs size was not available and I didn't like any of the other boots available in his size, but when I went through the return process it said the order was not eligible for a credit card refund. I was within the time limit of accepting returns and e-mailed to ask why I was not eligible for a credit card return and only a store credit and never received a response back.

Followed their size guide and bought a jacket for my dog. After receiving it (which took much longer than expected), the jacket was too small. I processed an exchange through their website for 1 size bigger only to receive the original size I ordered for a second time! I emailed their support to get this sorted and it took forever to get a response and when I did, they didn't even take the time to read what I had wrote and just sent a canned response. Really poor experience overall and I have to eat the 7 handling fee for their own screw up in order to return the jacket and be done with this nightmare.
