Bought a phone here. I knew what I wanted before I walked into the store. They were quick to ask me what I needed and quick to retrieve the item in the back. They honored a sale price that was quoted online despite it not being the sticker price. It is a discount outlet, I wouldn't recommend coming here to browse, but if you know what you want then having a place like this downtown is great. The quality of the phone I got seemed perfect, and brand new. The price was comparable and lower than Amazon prices. Bring cash.

Don't waste your time and money.Bought a phone through Walmart Canada as they are listed as third party sellers. Never got the phone and never got a refund. They keep sending you to different people so you give up. Walmart should not deal with this company. STAY AWAY
This place is full of crooks. Their items are all used items marked as new. They buy old used phones and sell them off as brand new. And good luck with returns, they'll make the process as difficult as possible for you. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.

He was VERY polite and handle my case like a pro. He apologized for his rude employees. He did not know about my case. I wish his employees had the same professionalism, because as customers we should not have to go through this. If you have any problem, ask to speak to Mark.
