Repair services
Macbook pro, 2017, with the classic/known 'sticky key' issue, in addition to a few other problems. Hard to find options during COVID and I rely on my computer to work from home. Carbon Computing worked with me to make sure I had the best service at the lowest price. Turn around time was only a few days. So far very happy with their work.

Apple Canada asked me to come here to fix my iMac since all Apple stores are temporary closed and Carbon computing is authorized repairs shop. I paid 325 CAD as they claimed that my hard drive is failing. After 15 days I received my iMac, but they forget to ship my power cord/cable. So I waited for another 4 days. Then, surprise! Computer is worse than before, same problem happened way more frequent the pre-fix. I emailed the store multiple time including retail staffs Alex as well as their technicians Jonathan. After half a month after I paid them, and 3 days after I actively email them for solutions. still no one reply me as my computer sit there , not usable, broken than before. I am communicating with Apple Canada, as they said, Apple can only support me but they cannot tell what carbon computing what to do. I will update once Apple Canada start to have conversation with the store. BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE FIXING APPLE PRODUCT WITH THEM. After paying money, you can only BEG THEM to do what they were supposed to do. Very sad and horrible service tbh.
I've had my MacBook repaired here twice and each time I've found their communication and turnaround times excellent.
Trustworthy, but prices more expensive than apple. Brought in my MacBook Pro 2017 (out of warranty, no apple care) when Apple Genius was closed, with unresponsive keyboard due to potential liquid damage. Quick turnaround, quoted 1048 for top case replacement and 55 for USB-C port repair. I noticed however that apple Genius Bar began to take appointments this weekend so I wanted to explore my options before committing a lot of money. Apple got back to me today and confirmed the issues carbon computing found, but didn’t charge me anything for top case replacement and only 24 for USB-C port! While Carbon computing has a knowledgeable team and reliable services, try to go to Apple first to avoid large costs. As a student, 1100 to fix an essential laptop would have been heartbreaking.
Screws on the bottom of my Mac were coming loose. Walked into the shop and Tejal took care of them in about a minute and a half. (Fact that I have to take it to a shop at all is another story.)
