They took more than 20minutes to actually look our way when there were only two customers in-front of us in the store which they are also ignoring with rude manners from the girl working on february 14 5:30pm! The order is completely messed up when we get home and checked and the store is not picking up any calls! this was such an unpleasant trip and a waste of money!!!!!!!!

Friendly employees and quick service (maybe because of the time we went in). Small space with limited seating. Tried the mango green tea with rainbow jelly- it was alright. Jellies were plain, didn't have the same sweetness as coconut jelly but the mango green tea was good.
Drink is amazing but due to the music being too loud I couldn't hear what the cashier was saying and honestly I was trying to redeem my points but I couldn't communicate with her properly due to the music. -_-
Chatime at the Stockyards located at St.Clair and Keele is where I go to get my Chai. I love all the different flavours especially the service, it's quick. The staff are pleasant this place is always busy. It's definitely a place to go and try out different Milk Chai or even the slushy ones. I love Taro and Matcha . Thanks so much for your service I'll be coming back soon.
Yummy green tea and matcha icecream. They call it soft cream. Store is clean, not alot of space. Good for 2 people, only 1 table for 4 people. But overall good experience.
