From my initial contact with Shawn in sales, to the installation by Dean, I felt that City Home Comfort was absolutely superb from start to finish! Although I chose to buy new equipment (their service and warranty provisions are excellent), I felt absolutely no pressure from Shawn, who also provided me with a very competitive quote to repair my existing furnace, if I'd chosen to go that route. And, in this crazy world of pandemic, I also appreciated that Dean was totally up to speed on health and safety precautions - I was impressed that, as a matter of course, City Home Comfort have their technicians tested for COVID. I hope that these words of mine can provide some assurance to those who are wondering what to do. Heating and air-conditioning can be very confusing but, I found, City Home Comfort helps to make things clearer - an A experience!

I am very impressed with City Home Comfort's service and installation. I bought a furnace, ac unit and tankless water heater. Steve Kraus was more than just a salesman. He followed up immediately with the install and took the lead in ensuring that the faint lingering gas smell was dealt with immediately. Terry was a conscientious and detail oriented installer. Raz was helpful with managing the gas smell until the source of the gas leak was found. They are the on the ball with invoicing and rebate registration too.
