These people are a class act. Had a watch from the 60s. They did a great job restoring it. Better.than I thought possible. And they did it for the price quoted. Highly recommend them.

Pretty sure management has changed since the lower reviews were made because Neil went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. Not only did he find the pieces I was looking for but charged me the quoted price even though they were labelled much higher right on the jewelry box they came in. Great deal and great service.

Not the best experience...GO AT YOUR OWN RISK My watch needed the batteries replaced and I decided to give this store a try. The man replaced the batteries but when I came to pick it up he said something was wrong with the watch. He showed me my watch and started to wind it the wrong way and said in a huff that it stops and goes. He said he was willing to fix it but with the way he handled my watch I rather he didn't "TRY" to fix it again. The movement on my watch is more screwed up than when it went in, the date has stopped rolling over and when I try to wind it to the right time it's super sticky. Very disappointed the way he handled these delicate time pieces. I'll probably not go back again.

DON'T COME HERE FOR BATTERY REPAIRS. The middle-aged man working here with glasses changed my watch battery and guess what? The battery lasted well less than a year. The guy also stopped the chronograph on my watch from working and I had to take the watch to an authorized Swiss watch dealer to fix it.
