I wouldn’t NOT hesitate to team up with the connect crew no matter what business you are in or where you are located in Canada! The team is amazing; how they structure things insanely brilliant; and better yet their knowledge of tech systems and how to integrate it all to save you headache and money a goldmine!! The cost is peanuts compared to the tax savings you will reap, not to mention the time you will spend NOT dreading your accounting. I tried other shops who claim they do the same prior to landing here and they just aren’t the same. If you don’t like bookkeeping, accounting, billing, quickbooks, or taxes to begin with do yourself the biggest favour and make the call already. I literally can’t even tell you how many times a month I say thank god we have the connect team backing us up! Being able to have on demand answers to planning all financial aspects of your business is the best peace of mind out there - especially in these crazy covid times!

I've been working with ConnectCPA for both my personal and business accounting for a little over a year now, and they have been absolutely phenomenal to work with. In an industry filled with broken promises, confusion, poor communication, unclear pricing, and costly mistakes, ConnectCPA is in a league of its own. Here's a snapshot of what working with ConnectCPA actually looks like. I'm sure you'll realize thee difference if you've worked with any other accounting firm in the past. - When I have a complicated tax question, I send an email to support. - Support triages the question to the appropriate team member, who responds to my email within 24 hours. - If more clarification is needed, I hop on a Zoom call to get the clarification that I need (at no extra charge). - The person answering my question genuinely cares, and does an excellent job of ensuring that I actually understand the answer, rather than just throwing a bunch of accounting jargon my way and rushing me off of the call (in case you forgot, this is at no extra charge). Not to mention that they actually understand how to use technology to streamline processes and make things efficient without over-complicating, and that they also do quality work without making mistakes. Compare this to any other accounting firm and I'm sure you'll quickly see why there are accounting firms, and then there's ConnectCPA. In a league of its own.
