What an experience! I was new to CrossFit and nervous at first but Perry and his team took the time to ease me in to the sessions. A-Class training. If you are thinking about giving it a chance talk to Perry and he will let you try out a session before you commit to the membership. All of the members are great people, very friendly and supportive.
Great gym with exceptional coaches and top equipment. It's in an easy to get to location with a great community of members who support each other through the workouts - such a good feeling to go workout there.
Good CrossFit location.
